How to loose overal body fat, diet not working?

I have been working out, i walk my dogs about a mile every night, plus home from school. I have also been working on a healthier diet.
what else do i need to add, i am not seeing an improvement (it has been about 1 month)
i was 140 last time i went to the doctor (august), then i had marching camp and got into shape, but didn’t continue working out during winter. I would like to be 130, and target mainly my waist area. why am i not seeing improvements?
btw, im 15, and 5’6. i do need to loose weight

What protein drink mix should I buy?
I'd like to buy some protein mixture of performance and support strengthening. I found some at Wal-fart and Target thats really affordable. I do a lot of lifting in my work and lifting weights and so j 'D like a bit of good protein to take before going to work. Anyone ave any suggestions? Any suggestion of brand? And what do yall think creatine? Is it safe? Muscle Milk?

Does anyone know if Wal-Mart has a protein powder and how much does it cost?
Or any other stores like that (U.S.) make protein powder (Target, CVS, Walgreens, Wegmans, ect). Thankss:]
Target carries two marks is where I I bought mine and get a jar or two pounds, or vanilla or chocolate. I recommend vanilla For this brand is less expensive 13.50 for a pot but he got 26g 33g protein per scoop and it's called … bodyfortress check it out or when exercising www.bodyfortress.com EAS which is more expensive as 25 dollars to the pot the same size .. it tastes better when less protein is more expensive cuz it is more popular brand … but I like how bodyfortress cheaper and I get a good amount of protein from Walmart it carries many brands I prefer target Walmart is more expensive Because it has different brands, but not more than 25dollars for a pot of £ 2 do not buy online as its the same price and they've checked cvs targets are very expensive with the cheapest protein bars and whey protein powders
