How can I loose 5 to 8% body fat when i have 15% body fat in a few weeks?

What exercises should i do? What should my diet consist of? I prefer weight training exercises, so what can i do with weights? I looking to get a six pack, I am almost there i just can’t seem to loose this little extra weight.
I’m 5’9”, 180lbs male.
i’m not obese, its all muscle weight.

How much body fat do i loose for a six pack?

Sooo im about 16.5 % and there is a small 4-pack forming im 167 pounds, and 6 ft tall how much more do i have to loose to get a full six pack???
i do about an hour of cardio a day, and basically live off of chobani yogurt is this good or should i find another better food …

How to gain lean muscle at the same time loose body fat?

Hi I am a 22M 5"9 176lbs, I have decided to get in shape for the summer. I have started to work out well the thing is i want to get little bit bigger tone chest big biceps and overall upper body. I am not fat its just most of my body fat is stored in my stomach. It sticks out only in that area. I want to bulk a little and loose all my stomach fat in order to have abs. I would love to have a six pack. Right now my workout regime is run and abs workout 7days in the morning and in the afternoon gym 6 days. 4weeks and I am not seeing any results and i still weigh the same and look the same. I love sweets and stop eating them(really hard). I drink plenty of water and eat 3 times a day. is it my diet or my workout routine. Please help?
I do one muscle group everday…
I meant different muscle group 6 days a week
