How do i loose alot of body fat?
I’ve got alot of fat on my gut,legs,and upper body.
I’m willing to stop all the junk food, give up anything close to beer,
and start working out with a tredmill.
I’m 6′ 0" and i "think" i’m about 160-200lbs im not sure, i have nothing to weigh myself with. And i’ve got a real tight budget.
what kinda diet should i start on, and how long would it take to slim down just a little(with the tredmill 7 times a week for 30 mins?)

Im not looking to loose weight….(as in muscle weight) im looking to loose body fat and shape up my stomach….. I do want to be a healthy weight but sometimes getting on the scale and seeing that i lost weight can not always be a healthy thing….sure im looking to lose fat weight…..just not muscule weight…..i wou.d like to loose 25 lbs in fat…… does anyone have any good ideas or suggestions to help me out?! btw – im 5’6" and i weigh 195 lbs……..and im 14
also dont reccomend body clensing pills…..im 14 im too young to take them ![]()
If your body fat is 32%, how much weight would you have to loose to get down to 22%?
I am 205, 5′ 10" and average frame. I am not a small frame by any means, but I don’t think I am a big frame. I know that ideal body weight is 145-165, but was wondering with your body fat %, what is the way to figure how much weight/fat to loose to get your % down?
I did a body fat analysis at the gym today. I just started a workout routine, and was just wondering how the pounds of fat to % worked. I definately want to build muscle while burning fat. I get it now, and I appreciate your help. It helps to give me an idea of a weight I want to shoot for, and a weight that is attainable/managable. Instead of setting a goal that would be unattainable and even unhealthy. I just picked 22% because it falls in the middle of "ideal" for a women. I know that 25% is good, I was just wondering what it would take for 22%. So, 22% here I come!! THANK YOU, and when I get there you all will be some of the first to know!

how long will it take me to gain muscle and loose fat?
okay so i am 14 and 167 pounds. im 5′ 11" and about 12 percent body fat! i am very active. i play soccer do weightlifting and everything. i dont see any results on me loosing body fat. i want to get down to about 7 but just cant seem too. any help? also how long will it take me to put on serious muscle mass? thanks
How To Loose Body Fat?
okay so im 15 and im around 5"9 and about 180 and i have alot of muscle, my arms are muscular and my chest is too
the thing is that when i was younger i used to be really fat n i got to be 215 at a time.
now everyone says i look really good and that i shouldnt change and stuff but the thing is i still have some fat around my stomach and i really want to loose it. this summer ive only been able to work out 3 times a week. but now i have the rest of the summer n next school year to work out
i want to kno what i can do to get really good results and about how much time do you guys think will it take for me to start seeing results?

ok, so i’m 18yo, 5’6", 185lbs. i don’t look that fat i think, only chubby. but i’m so heavy. am i overweight?
i’m planning to do some running or cardio exercises on treadmills first before hitting the gym to build some muscles. is that a good idea to burn fat? (oh and, will that also get my chubby face thinner?)

How can i loose some body fat?
Preferably my stop fat.. its not much.. like when is it down i just hate the way it looks.. and when i stand up its just like barely stickin out.. but i want my stomach to be flat.. what diet would i have to consume? and how much calories would i have to eat? Any recommendations would help! I also already work out but i just need the nutrition part to complete this process!

How many calories should I eat to loose body fat, but not loose muscle mass?
I am 16 years old, 145 lbs 5’8" and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and do about 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of wieghts and eat 900-1300 which have been told is not enough and will eat away muscle
