How to TONE and lose BODY FAT ?!!!?
Im not looking to loose weight….(as in muscle weight) im looking to loose body fat and shape up my stomach….. I do want to be a healthy weight but sometimes getting on the scale and seeing that i lost weight can not always be a healthy thing….sure im looking to lose fat weight…..just not muscule weight…..i wou.d like to loose 25 lbs in fat…… does anyone have any good ideas or suggestions to help me out?! btw – im 5’6" and i weigh 195 lbs……..and im 14
also dont reccomend body clensing pills…..im 14 im too young to take them ![]()
How can I loose 5 to 8% body fat when i have 15% body fat in a few weeks?
What exercises should i do? What should my diet consist of? I prefer weight training exercises, so what can i do with weights? I looking to get a six pack, I am almost there i just can’t seem to loose this little extra weight.
