How to loose 20 pounds of body fat?
Hi im 19 yrs old my height is 5’5 and i weight about 170 lbs and i m interested in loosing weight well let me rephrase that, not loose weight but burn fat. I wanna loose 20 pounds of fat but i am no where near a gym and even if i was i wouldnt be able to afford it. My eating habbit isnt the greates either i eat lots of meat and rice and beans everyday, if not its mash potatoes or french fries, cheese burgers etc etc, but i dont eat alot i eat about 3 sometimes 4 times a day, i drink lots of water its basically all i drink, and i dont eat alot of sweets, but i dont eat vegetables or fishes etc etc. So i wanna know the type of excercise that i would have to do and how much of my eating habit would i have to change in order to loose/burn 20 pounds of body fat without a gym in about 2-3 4 months tops.
also i wanna loose this with out loosing musclle

How to TONE and lose BODY FAT ?!!!?
Im not looking to loose weight….(as in muscle weight) im looking to loose body fat and shape up my stomach….. I do want to be a healthy weight but sometimes getting on the scale and seeing that i lost weight can not always be a healthy thing….sure im looking to lose fat weight…..just not muscule weight…..i wou.d like to loose 25 lbs in fat…… does anyone have any good ideas or suggestions to help me out?! btw – im 5’6" and i weigh 195 lbs……..and im 14
also dont reccomend body clensing pills…..im 14 im too young to take them ![]()

Anyway, i dont wanna loose weight but my uncle got this body fat detector and it said that i have 30 %fat.
When I checked it last year, it was 15%
There is NO way i could have gained 15 % MORE fat in ONE YEAR.
Also, i have a really close cousin who is 15 and shes 5’7
She has only 12 %.
So, is there any way i can reduce it?
And i DO have a tummy.
And i really hate it.
Im not looking for reasons to loose weight but just to get rid of that stupid tummy.
And i am chubby.A little.
Perfect.
People call me fat and its so mean because im really not and my weight is good enough but i really do look fat because of my tummy and my chubby cheeks.

How do i know if im eating enough calories daily so that I don’t loose muscle mass but that I loose body fat?
I am 18 years old
5 foot 10 inches.
I am 135 lbs, but I am trying to loose 10 lbs to weigh 125 lbs…
I am a white male
I do 30 to 60 mins of cardio everyday and I burn like 500 to 700 calories daily with exercise…well i mostly try to only do cardio for 30 mins and burn 500 calories daily… but sometimes i do more.. it all jus depends on how my day went ..
But I don’t want to loose muscle mass. Jus want to get rid of some fat
But then again I don’t want to not eat enough calories in a day so that my body goes into starvation mode… so that anything I eat my body will store as fat cuz its in starvation mode.. That would be the opposite of what I want to do, cuz I jus want to loose some weight the healthy weigh so that after I loose the weight I don’t gain it back…
SO can anyone help me or give me some tips?
cuz i was also wondeing how many calories should i eat in a day to loose weight.

How do you prevent your skin sagging when you loose body fat?
I’m a 22yr old female who’s probably about 2-4 sizes larger than I should be. I’d like to loose all of my excess body fat. I have a few questions:
1. If you loose weight a lot faster does that effect how saggy your skin gets?
2. If I tone up alot while I loose weight does it make a difference to my skin?
3. Is there anything I can do, drink or eat that can hellp this problem?
My main concern (obviously) is that I’ll loose weight but won’t get the toned healthy look because my skin may be too saggy.
Any advice or tips would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance.
Could I loose MAJOR body fat in 5 weeks?? Help!?
I’m 21 years old, 5’8 & 120 pounds. I know I’m not fat at all and I’m really not looking to loose weight. I really just want to loose body fat mainly in my core, (love handles & belly area). I REALLY want to tone up my body, build some muscle & find my abs! Is there anyway I can pull this off in 5 weeks? I want my belly fat to just disappear. Are there any secrets or special tips? I’m also on a strict protein diet, (fruits, veggies, lean meats, eggs, nuts, ECT), & only drinking water – LOTS of water. Also I put a picture of me to give you a basic idea of how my body looks now…Thank you so much!!!
How do football players loose their body fat not weight?
My boyfriend is a football player at our local high school and he works out with the rest of the team and he seems to eat right yet he cannot loose weight, how can he??
