Male; I want to loose body fat FAST.?

Right I am 17 years old, but I am already overweight, some would say this is just muscle because muscle weighs more than fat. However there is a lot of fat on me.
Like my thighs at the top rub together and cause friction which means I have red patches either side of my inner thighs near my genitals all the time.
I have stretch marks on my hips (I have quite a lot of excess weight on my hips) and I would do probably anything to loose the extra-wide hips I have (they are like womens!).

My thighs aren’t too bad looking when I stretch them out but they are pretty flabby especially on the insides when they are relaxed. Which is similar to my thighs which are pretty chunky.
I also have a slight man-boob (moob) problem and my nipples seem to have a lot of excess fat or liquid in them but when they get really cold or something and harden, they go to what normal other people have.

I know I am being really negative but I am recently in a relationship and I don’t want her to be ashamed of my body on how it looks. Yeah she says she will still love me but I want to be proud of my body just as much as she is. Please help me out.

What I want to do is become thinner physically, I don’t care on my weight aslong as I am thinner looking and have no female hips (these are what I hate most) and can get a thinner stomach and shapen my thighs and calfs a lot more.
I know this is a lot to ask and I know it won’t be easy but if anyone can tell me anything to get rid of any problems, what I should do, eat, exercise etc. It will be fantastic!

how do you burn body fat within a week?

im DESPERATLY trying to loose my inner thighs and just general fat from that area, i go to the gym 2-3 times a week, eat a healthy diet and am on the diet pill alli

but i see NO difference even though the scale says ive lost
weight. i want to loose BODY FAT! tips? ideas? SOLUTIONS?

dont say "just keep exercising bla bla bla"
