How to loose overal body fat, diet not working?

I have been working out, i walk my dogs about a mile every night, plus home from school. I have also been working on a healthier diet.

what else do i need to add, i am not seeing an improvement (it has been about 1 month)

i was 140 last time i went to the doctor (august), then i had marching camp and got into shape, but didn’t continue working out during winter. I would like to be 130, and target mainly my waist area. why am i not seeing improvements?

btw, im 15, and 5’6. i do need to loose weight

What is the absolute MOST effective way to loose body fat?

I won’t do anything to harm myself, so don’t suggest it. I am quite strong and want my muscles visible instead of being covered by dough. The gym was working! But I have little time for it anymore and it was a minimal college facility (Maybe I need a newer and more convenient gym). Also, I never felt any motivation before or after a hard workout and I think that would really encourage me a LOT -how much does a personal trainer cost? As for food- I would rather have only a couple types of foods in my fridge instead of trying to follow a diet plan or counting callories. WHAT can I do to annihilate this baby fat? Im only like 15-20 pounds overweight but it suuucks! I used to feel buff and strong now I feel flabby and slow. I should stop smoking. WHAT should I eat?

How do i loose body fat and 2 jean sizes?

I am 17 and i want to slim down for univeristy what diet plan and exerices can i do.
I currently eat 10 g more than i should have.
