How do i loose alot of body fat?

I’ve got alot of fat on my gut,legs,and upper body.

I’m willing to stop all the junk food, give up anything close to beer,
and start working out with a tredmill.

I’m 6′ 0" and i "think" i’m about 160-200lbs im not sure, i have nothing to weigh myself with. And i’ve got a real tight budget.

Hi, I’m a 20 year old male i’m 5’7 and i weigh 74 k.g. my body fat is 21% and I have no idea how to lower that number. I am so confused it is untrue. I was thinking about joining a diet class but apparently i’m not overweight. People tell me to eat healthy.. so I ask, "what should I eat" they reply " of just cut out the crap" Nobody is specific about what or how to loose body fat!!! I am going on holiday in 7 weeks and Would just like to slim down as much as possible within that time.

I would be very grateful on some SOLID answers of what to do and what to eat to loose as much body fat as possible within 7 weeks!

i am 16 yrs old and about 143lbs i workout about 2wice a week and have a decent build. i am about 5ft 6in. the thing is is that i can feel my abs but you can only see one set.
i dont need to diet i dont think but is there any way to loose a little bit of body fat before school starts again?

Hi I am a 22M 5"9 176lbs, I have decided to get in shape for the summer. I have started to work out well the thing is i want to get little bit bigger tone chest big biceps and overall upper body. I am not fat its just most of my body fat is stored in my stomach. It sticks out only in that area. I want to bulk a little and loose all my stomach fat in order to have abs. I would love to have a six pack. Right now my workout regime is run and abs workout 7days in the morning and in the afternoon gym 6 days. 4weeks and I am not seeing any results and i still weigh the same and look the same. I love sweets and stop eating them(really hard). I drink plenty of water and eat 3 times a day. is it my diet or my workout routine. Please help?
I do one muscle group everday…

Hi,

I am 16 years old, about 5 feet 8.5 inches and i weigh about 145 pounds. I am trying to loose body fat in order to get more definition in my abs. I have cut back around 500 calories from what the online calculators tell me what or how many caloires i burn/day. I am around 14% body fat and i am trying to cut down to 7%. I stopped lifting weights and i only do cardio now, (swim 3 times/week and run 1/week). I dont drink soda, only water and take in very little sodium.

is what im doing going to work or should i change my new diet?
