How to loose stomach fat and overall lower body fat %?
I am trying to find the best methods for loosing excess flab around your stomach (mainy lower). I am not looking for a quick fix however, I want something that is going to last and that will keep it off. However, it would be great to see a huge improvement in at least 3 months.
I am currently riding an exercise bike doing cardio 30mins a day 3 days of the week and weights for about 15mins the other 3 days and take one day off.
I am currently eating about 1000-1200 calories, my bmr is 1900, and i burn at least 300 through exercising on a daily basis. My current body fat % is 17 and what I want to be at is somewhere along the 10-12% range.
Is this enought to see results in my 3 month goal.
Tips are welcomed!
Thanks!
I am a full time student and I have no time to go to a gym. I need tips that I can exclusivly do at my home or in a neighborhood. Thanks Alot!

For how many minutes straight must I run to burn fat?
I’m 17 years old and I’ve been running for about a month now but I never really checked on how many minutes a day I should run to loose body fat or calories.
How do I burn off fat while maintaining the same body weight?
I’ve been doing a lot of cardio for the past month (to look tone/cut) and eating sufficient calories to maintain my current body weight, but I don’t seem to be loosing any body fat. What am I doing wrong?
Am i doing the right thing to loose body fat?
Hi,
I am 16 years old, about 5 feet 8.5 inches and i weigh about 145 pounds. I am trying to loose body fat in order to get more definition in my abs. I have cut back around 500 calories from what the online calculators tell me what or how many caloires i burn/day. I am around 14% body fat and i am trying to cut down to 7%. I stopped lifting weights and i only do cardio now, (swim 3 times/week and run 1/week). I dont drink soda, only water and take in very little sodium.
is what im doing going to work or should i change my new diet?
