loosing body fat % quickly?
can I get a few ideas of how to loose 4% body fat in 1 week.. I know it is possible with some tricks, but is there any other way.. I run every day, but for MEPS i need to loose 4% in a week..

I know it’s hard, I’m at like 30.11% and the max is 30%. But they say I can take the ARMS test at MEPS to get in. But drink water and work out more, especially exercises that can make your neck thicker. The thicker neck you have helps. This has a positive effect on your BFP. I’ve got the spreadsheet for the BFP calculations the Army uses, the thing that really drops the fat calculation is the neck measurement.
take cold shower,the morning before the test and buy a wrap and wear it around you’re stomach for the entire week.
drink lots of water and do lots of cardio like biking or the precor eliptical machines. use sitting ab machines and add some weight to them.
this is dangerous and temporary but you can put on plastic garbage bags on your legs and chest under sweat pants and sweat shirt, then go for a run, you will lose a ton of water weight but that means you are dehydrated, again i don’t recomend, but if it has to be lost quick this is the only way to go. the results will not be perminant, will only last until you rehydrate.
You cannot lose 4% body fat in a week, unless you get liposuction surgery.
It doesn’t matter what you do.
It’s just not physically possible.
The sweat wraps won’t make you lose any body fat at all, you will lose water weight, but your body fat composition will remain the same.
