Here’s the easy answer:
If you’re a boy:
Tough stuff my friend. Men store body fat around their waist line. And either way, "Spot" weight gain/loss (losing or gaining weight in a particular area) doesn’t really exist. Essential fat for a male is 4-8%. If you’re looking at a firmer stomach, at this point I would point you towards core exercising and making your midsection stronger.
If you’re a woman:
You are dangerously below what the essential fat required for women is (which is 10-14%). And I would question what you are referring to as "fat".
Regardless if you are a boy or a girl:
135 at 5"10 or 11 is featherweight. Not knowing you at all I would be concerned about self-image issues over weight issues if you’re thinking about losing even more weight despite weighing less than 140 at almost 6 feet.
6% body fat for a male is fine. While it is quite low, a male only needs 2-4% to survive
