How much body fat should I loose (pic included)?
I weigh 130 pounds am 16 almost 17 I really want a smaller chest and am not sure if I should get surgery, but before I make that decision I want to loose weight and see if I can make them smaller w/o surgery. How much body fat do you think I would have to loose to loose 3 or so cups sizes? Thanks

I have some excess body fat that I want to loose! Please Help?
I had previously lost about 23 pounds and I weight around 119. And I have some excess Body Fat that I want to loose… but I don’t know how to loose it because I’ve tried so many different diets and none of them work. I workout very intensely 5 days a week. so my workouts are fine i think its my eating. The areas that have the excess fat are my thighs, upper arms, and stomach. what can I do? Please Help!!!

Okay , so , i ‘ ve heard that if you do abb exercises & build abs underneath your fat your stomach will be bigger . I am 5 ‘ 8 & i weigh 150 lbs , i have chub on my stomach , but not like aton of it , i just want a flat stomach , then abs . How do you loose body fat first , then get abs ? building muscle but loosing body fat?
last summer i weighed 253 at the height of 6’3 . a year later i am still 6’3 but i only weigh 175 now. i want to put on a solid 10 pounds of muscle and i kno to do that u need to eat but at the same time i want to work on my 6 pack, right now i have a 2 pack hahaha.so anyone have any idea on how to gain weight but stay lean in the ab area. i want to bulk up but not lose the "6 pack’. best answer aka work out routine or whatev get the best answer.peaceee.
i dnt eat anything thats bad for u anymore either no fast food, soda,candy etc. i have about 200 grams of protein a day and already drink protein shakes and bars

how to loose excess body fat?
so im a woman that plays a very cardiovascular sport. but i cant seem to loose my excess body fat. its only like 10 or 15 pounds but it would be sure nice to loose some of it. i eat right.
breakfast: a bowl of honey nut cheerios
lunch: a sandwich with one slice of cheese avocado mustard on whole grain bread. and some grapes
dinner: normally pasta with zucchini and peppers mixed into it
i don’t ever snack and i rarely eat foods with sugar in them.
if you have any suggestions, they would be very much appreciated.
and my coach says that i under eat for the amount of exercise i get everyday.

How to loose 20 pounds of body fat?
Hi im 19 yrs old my height is 5’5 and i weight about 170 lbs and i m interested in loosing weight well let me rephrase that, not loose weight but burn fat. I wanna loose 20 pounds of fat but i am no where near a gym and even if i was i wouldnt be able to afford it. My eating habbit isnt the greates either i eat lots of meat and rice and beans everyday, if not its mash potatoes or french fries, cheese burgers etc etc, but i dont eat alot i eat about 3 sometimes 4 times a day, i drink lots of water its basically all i drink, and i dont eat alot of sweets, but i dont eat vegetables or fishes etc etc. So i wanna know the type of excercise that i would have to do and how much of my eating habit would i have to change in order to loose/burn 20 pounds of body fat without a gym in about 2-3 4 months tops.
also i wanna loose this with out loosing musclle
