How much body fat do I have to loose?
I’m 18 years old and I’m around 5’6 weight-110, body fat percentage 19.2%
I’m a pear shape. My waist measurement is 24 inches and my hips are 34 inches bust measurement 31….

Im 5’5 and weigh 105 pounds.

Anyway, i dont wanna loose weight but my uncle got this body fat detector and it said that i have 30 %fat.
When I checked it last year, it was 15%
There is NO way i could have gained 15 % MORE fat in ONE YEAR.
Also, i have a really close cousin who is 15 and shes 5’7
She has only 12 %.
So, is there any way i can reduce it?
And i DO have a tummy.
And i really hate it.
Im not looking for reasons to loose weight but just to get rid of that stupid tummy.
And i am chubby.A little.
Perfect.
People call me fat and its so mean because im really not and my weight is good enough but i really do look fat because of my tummy and my chubby cheeks.

Whats the easiest and most effective way to loose fat and get ripped in the gym?
Im a 16 year old male and im 5’7 and weigh 198 pounds,i dont look like 198 pounds at all i look like 170 ishh. But i want to loose like 20-30 pounds body fat and get cut in the gym. How to loose overal body fat, diet not working?
I have been working out, i walk my dogs about a mile every night, plus home from school. I have also been working on a healthier diet.
what else do i need to add, i am not seeing an improvement (it has been about 1 month)
i was 140 last time i went to the doctor (august), then i had marching camp and got into shape, but didn’t continue working out during winter. I would like to be 130, and target mainly my waist area. why am i not seeing improvements?

How do I burn off fat while maintaining the same body weight?
I’ve been doing a lot of cardio for the past month (to look tone/cut) and eating sufficient calories to maintain my current body weight, but I don’t seem to be loosing any body fat. What am I doing wrong?
Do you know that you cannot target an area of you body and loose fat there?
I keep seeing questions like I want to lose fat on my belly or I want to get rid of the fat on my thighs. That is not how the body works. BTW if you want to get your stomach flatter you can do it without doing one crunch or sit-up. You would be better off walking everyday.
