How can i loose body fat FAST?!!?

OK heres da thing, im not fat.. im 19 and i weight 115.. ma legs are good but i HAVE alottt of body fat in my arms and my stomac.. omgg i really wanna get it flat.. wat are good tips to loose body fat fast and how can i make my belly flat? what exercises are good?? thnks i appreciate ittt :) )

How do i know if im eating enough calories daily so that I don’t loose muscle mass but that I loose body fat?

I am 18 years old
5 foot 10 inches.
I am 135 lbs, but I am trying to loose 10 lbs to weigh 125 lbs…
I am a white male
I do 30 to 60 mins of cardio everyday and I burn like 500 to 700 calories daily with exercise…well i mostly try to only do cardio for 30 mins and burn 500 calories daily… but sometimes i do more.. it all jus depends on how my day went ..
But I don’t want to loose muscle mass. Jus want to get rid of some fat
But then again I don’t want to not eat enough calories in a day so that my body goes into starvation mode… so that anything I eat my body will store as fat cuz its in starvation mode.. That would be the opposite of what I want to do, cuz I jus want to loose some weight the healthy weigh so that after I loose the weight I don’t gain it back…
SO can anyone help me or give me some tips?
cuz i was also wondeing how many calories should i eat in a day to loose weight.
cuz again i am trying to loose 5 to 10 pounds so tht i would weigh around 125 and 130lbs

Hi I am a 22M 5"9 176lbs, I have decided to get in shape for the summer. I have started to work out well the thing is i want to get little bit bigger tone chest big biceps and overall upper body. I am not fat its just most of my body fat is stored in my stomach. It sticks out only in that area. I want to bulk a little and loose all my stomach fat in order to have abs. I would love to have a six pack. Right now my workout regime is run and abs workout 7days in the morning and in the afternoon gym 6 days. 4weeks and I am not seeing any results and i still weigh the same and look the same. I love sweets and stop eating them(really hard). I drink plenty of water and eat 3 times a day. is it my diet or my workout routine. Please help?

How do you prevent your skin sagging when you loose body fat?

I’m a 22yr old female who’s probably about 2-4 sizes larger than I should be. I’d like to loose all of my excess body fat. I have a few questions:

1. If you loose weight a lot faster does that effect how saggy your skin gets?

2. If I tone up alot while I loose weight does it make a difference to my skin?

3. Is there anything I can do, drink or eat that can hellp this problem?

My main concern (obviously) is that I’ll loose weight but won’t get the toned healthy look because my skin may be too saggy.

Any advice or tips would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Im 20 yrs old, 5’8 1/2 & I weight 120 lbs. I sound like a string bean right? No. Im healthy! I am also a very curvy & blessed woman. However since Ive graduated from high school Ive gained small amounts of body fat on my tummy, my sides and my butt. I want to get my bikini body back for a beach trip in November, but how can I get my results fast?? Like I said I dont have much to loose, but it seems IMPOSSIBLE to loose it! Thanks :)

I am 16 years old, about 5 feet 8.5 inches and i weigh about 145 pounds. I am trying to loose body fat in order to get more definition in my abs. I have cut back around 500 calories from what the online calculators tell me what or how many caloires i burn/day. I am around 14% body fat and i am trying to cut down to 7%. I stopped lifting weights and i only do cardio now, (swim 3 times/week and run 1/week). I dont drink soda, only water and take in very little sodium.

is what im doing going to work or should i change my new diet?

How long does it take to loose body fat?

I am already fairly thin, 16 years old and I think my metabolism is a bit faster than average, but I have unwanted fat pretty much everywhere especialy my stomach and bum and cellulite on my thighs. Iv just started eating healthily; only eating multigrain bread, pasta, flour ect, low fat milk, lots of fish, lean meat and beans, a variety of fruit and vedge blah blah. My dad told me if im looking to loose body fat I should be a little hungry throughout the day, is this true? Im not sure about how many calories/kilojoules I Shoud be eating. Im planning on jogging around 20 minutes followed by 20 minutes pilates on weekday mornings and pilate excercises midday and toning excercises in the afternoon everyday. Is this enough? About how long will it take me to notice a difference?
