Food for a low sodium diet?
I try to start a low sodium diet with minimal carbohydrates (low in calories bad) because of a medical condition. I do not want to go to a specialty store for these foods. I just want to go to the grocery store. I do not want protein power bars or drinks. I want normal, everyday foods. Bonus points if the foods are not processed minced or pressed. Whey, casein, or soy?
The first rule of a bodybuilders diet is to get enough protein. You must have a lot of muscle protein available at any time to develop. You can certainly most of your protein by eating the right foods, almost all bodybuilders use protein powder supplements and more red meat, chicken and fish.
